ANIMAL CHEST SUPPORTED T-BAR ROW

This Animal version of our very popular Chest Supported T Bar Row allows you to effectively train your mid and upper back thanks to the Self Adjusting Handles. The Handles can be adjusted for width, but from there, they will automatically ‘micro adjust’ to fit exactly with your body’s biomechanics thanks to our 4-way universal pivot. The handles are also free to rotate, allowing you to get the ultimate stretch and contraction on each rep for the most muscle fibre recruitment. 12 individual roller bearing ensures the handle system is incredibly smooth and friction-free. The Footplate is now height adjustable and runs on super smooth Linear Bearings, allowing for quick and easy changes.
