The Animal Lateral Row is the perfect machine to get the ultimate benefits to the muscles in the back while lifting any amount of weight. Built like a beast, the Animal Lateral Row is made from a 70×70 (6-8 gauge) box section, but still with a light enough starting weight for any level of performer.
